Refund And Returns Policy

At Express Meds UK, we prioritize the safety, satisfaction, and peace of mind of all our customers. As a registered online pharmacy, we strictly adhere to UK regulations regarding the sale, return, and refund of medicines. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities.


1. Prescription Medicines

Due to legal and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medications once they have been dispensed and dispatched from our pharmacy. This is in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations, which prohibit the resale or reuse of returned medicinal products.


2. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medicines & Non-Medical Products

If you have purchased over-the-counter medicines or non-medicinal products (such as supplements, health devices, or personal care items), you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please contact our customer service team before returning any items to receive instructions and a return authorization.


3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require:

  • A description of the issue (and photographs if possible)
  • Your order number

After verification, we will offer you a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference and product availability.


4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please contact our customer service team by email or phone, providing your order number and details of your request. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return address if applicable.

Note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.


5. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
  • We cannot process refunds for products that do not meet our return criteria.

6. Important Exceptions

  • Prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or sent in error.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition cannot be refunded.
  • Products returned after 14 days from delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
